May Garden Bed Part 2

I am worried about the cauliflower. They are under heavy attack by aphids. I am able to get them off the leaves and the top of the plant, however they are all inside the little nicks and crannies of the cauliflower head.

The japanese eggplants are growing.
The bell peppers are doing ok.
I harvested some cauliflower. I had to soak them in water and shake them around and pretty much pull them apart in order to get all the living and dead aphids out of it. What a pain! I am having the same issue with the red cabbage where the aphids are getting under the leaves of the bulbs.

May Garden Bed

The garden is doing well. I am fighting aphids on the red cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower. For now, I am using insecticidal soap to kill them but I think I am going to need to do something more.

The tomatoes are starting to grow.
